Since 2012, Workup’s projects with the premier business school Fondazione CUOA have served to improve the web visitor’s user experience. The ongoing focus is on clear design in order to successfully connect site visitors to relevant services and information. Initially a consultancy relationship, CUOA and Workup have evolved into longtime partners in development and strategy, orienting CUOA’s digital presence toward successful design for the Foundation’s continuous growth.
Launch of the first portal project in 2012. Consisting of design, implementation, and management, the website gives CUOA’s target user direct access to relevant resources and services through its first-ever dedicated platform. In 2017, Workup also took on the re-launch of cuoa.it, improving upon the initial version of the website and portal. For the renovation, Workup applied analytics comprised of user feedback. Each improvement or added functionality was a direct response to this dedicated Digital Assessment and to user behaviours, analysed through in-site navigation monitoring. The resulting digital experience acts as a benchmark for other platforms in the business school sector.
