At the time, Italian parent company Haier Italia had acquired the exclusive distribution rights for GE’s kitchen and home products within Italy. Developing the web presence specific to this locality forged a perfect partnership, with Workup leading the charge on communicating to the new market through compelling digital design.

Additional priorities included simplifying the site’s performance and back-end content management systems, which has improved UX and increased online lead generation.

Modern and designed in a UX perspective, the website improves the company's B2C communication and meets the needs of users with a section dedicated to Thermal Account Calculation. The System Integration interfaces the site with the company's management to aggregate information from retailers, service centers and agents, thus facilitating communication flows.
